- Reverse engineer our AI models
6. Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using Hookly
- Generated Content: AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial
use
- Our Platform: Hookly and its original content remain our property
7. API Usage
If using our API:
- You must keep your API keys confidential
- Rate limits apply based on your plan
- You may not resell API access without authorization
8. Limitation of Liability
Hookly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Content performance or engagement results
- Third-party platform policy changes
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Damages exceeding your subscription fees
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes
acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
